Clean Windows. Clean the inside and outside of the easily accessible windows regularly and at the end of the Term.

Clean WindowsKeep clean all windows inside and out and ensure they are in the same clean state at the end of the tenancy as they were at the beginning.

  • Windows a. Front and rear windshield per California Vehicle Code § 26710. b. Safety glass shall be in all windows. c. Windows shall be operational as originally designed. d. No window tinting on windshield or front side windows per California Vehicle Code § 26708. Any tinting applied to the rear side or rear windows must be light enough to allow any passengers to be viewed from the outside.

  • Clean Water (A) The CONTRACTOR agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders or regulations issued pursuant to the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended, 33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq . The CONTRACTOR agrees to report each violation to the COMMISSION and understands and agrees that the Purchaser will, in turn, report each violation as required to assure notification to FTA and the appropriate EPA Regional Office. (B) The CONTRACTOR also agrees to include these requirements in each subcontract exceeding $100,000 financed in whole or in part with Federal assistance provided by FTA.

  • Clean Air (A) The CONTRACTOR agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders or regulations issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 7401 et seq. The CONTRACTOR agrees to report each violation to the COMMISSION and understands and agrees that the COMMISSION will, in turn, report each violation as required to assure notification to FTA and the appropriate EPA Regional Office. (B) The CONTRACTOR also agrees to include these requirements in each subcontract exceeding $100,000 financed in whole or in part with Federal assistance provided by FTA.

  • GLASS The Tenant shall maintain the glass part of the demised premises, promptly replacing any breakage and fully saving the Landlord harmless from any loss, cost or damage resulting from such breakage or the replacement thereof.

  • Clean-up Time Employees shall be allowed reasonable time during the workday or shift for clean-up purposes.

  • Exterior and interior functional areas and spaces of the Project, with technical and equipment requirements on each;

  • WINDOW CLEANING Tenant shall not clean, nor require, permit, suffer or allow any window in the Premises to be cleaned from the outside in violation of Section 202 of the Labor Law, or any other Requirement, or of the rules of the Board of Standards and Appeals, or of any other board or body having or asserting jurisdiction.

  • Doors Exterior doors may not be propped open for safety and security reasons. Students may be referred to the student conduct system if found propping these doors. Doors marked as emergency exits may only be used for emergency purposes other than during University-sanctioned move-in days.

  • Interior (a) Ceilings, sidewalls and bulkhead panels will be clean and free of cracks and stains. (b) Carpets and seat covers will be in good condition, clean and free of stains and meet FAR burn certification regulations; (c) Seats will be serviceable, in good condition and repainted as necessary; and (d) Emergency equipment having a calendar life will have a minimum of 1 year or 100% of its total approved life, whichever is less, remaining.

  • Restrooms The restrooms, toilets, urinals, vanities and the other apparatus shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were constructed, and no foreign substance of any kind whatsoever shall be thrown therein. The expense of any breakage, stoppage or damage resulting from the violation of this rule shall be borne by the Tenant whom, or whose employees or invitees, shall have caused it.
