CLEANING AND INSPECTION. Inspect and prepare the drainage structures in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations before installing the liner pipe. If necessary, repair or remove any obstructions, protrusions, joint offsets, debris or out-of-roundness that could damage the liner pipe or prohibit passage of the liner pipe during installation. When cleaning the existing drainage structure, dispose of any sediment or debris in an appropriate manner to prevent contamination of adjacent ditches, streams, or wetlands. When inspecting the existing drainage structure, accurately measure the drainage structures to confirm the required size of liner pipe shown in the Contract Documents. Submit a copy of the measurements to the Engineer for review prior to installation of the liner pipe.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION. Resident reserving the Rental Facility for private use is responsible for cleaning the facilities and returning it to the condition it was in before the private Use Period began, and prior to the End Time of the Facility Rental Agreement. Resident must provide any cleaning supplies needed. Failure to clean the facilities and exit by the Use Period may result in a forfeiture of all or part of the Security Deposit. Xxxxxx has sole discretion on the refund amount of the Security Deposit. Should Resident arrive and find the facility is not in acceptable condition, they should notify the Attendant immediately.   • TESTING AND INSPECTION 6.1 Pre-Commercial Operation Date Testing and Modifications

  • Monitoring and Inspection The Interconnected Transmission Owner may monitor construction and installation of Interconnection Facilities that the Interconnection Customer is constructing. Upon reasonable notice, authorized personnel of the Interconnected Transmission Owner may inspect any or all of such Interconnection Facilities to assess their conformity with Applicable Standards.

  • Maintenance and Inspection Consultant shall maintain complete and accurate records with respect to all costs and expenses incurred under this Agreement. All such records shall be clearly identifiable. Consultant shall allow a representative of City during normal business hours to examine, audit, and make transcripts or copies of such records and any other documents created pursuant to this Agreement. Consultant shall allow inspection of all work, data, documents, proceedings, and activities related to the Agreement for a period of three (3) years from the date of final payment under this Agreement.

  • Equipment Testing and Inspection 2.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall test and inspect its Small Generating Facility and Interconnection Facilities prior to interconnection. The Interconnection Customer shall notify the NYISO and the Connecting Transmission Owner of such activities no fewer than five Business Days (or as may be agreed to by the Parties) prior to such testing and inspection. Testing and inspection shall occur on a Business Day. The Connecting Transmission Owner may, at its own expense, send qualified personnel to the Small Generating Facility site to inspect the interconnection and observe the testing. The Interconnection Customer shall provide the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner a written test report when such testing and inspection is completed. The Small Generating Facility may not commence parallel operations if the NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, finds that the Small Generating Facility has not been installed as agreed upon or may not be operated in a safe and reliable manner.

  • Reporting and Inspection If you use the Software and/or Services outside the Vendor's Cloud, you are required to purchase Subscription Services in a quantity equal to the total number of Units of that Red Hat Product (including variants or components thereof) that you deploy, install, use or execute as set forth in Appendix 1. You will promptly notify Red Hat and Red Hat will invoice you for each Unit on a pro-rata basis and you will pay for such Units within thirty (30) days of the date of invoice or as otherwise set forth in the Agreement. Failure to comply with this Section 4 will be considered a material breach of this Agreement, and will entitle Red Hat and/or Vendor to suspend the Services or terminate this Agreement.

  • Access, Use, Monitoring and Inspection Site shall provide original or copies (as the case may be) of all Study Data to Quintiles and Sponsor for Sponsor’s use.   • Maintenance and Inspection of Records The City, or its authorized auditors or representatives, shall have access to and the right to audit and reproduce any of the Contractor's records to the extent the City deems necessary to insure it is receiving all money to which it is entitled under the Contract and/or is paying only the amounts to which Contractor is properly entitled under the Contract or for other purposes relating to the Contract. The Contractor shall maintain and preserve all such records for a period of at least three (3) years after termination of the Contract. The Contractor shall maintain all such records in the City of Xxxxxx. If not, the Contractor shall, upon request, promptly deliver the records to the City of Xxxxxx or reimburse the City for all reasonable and extra costs incurred in conducting the audit at a location other than the City of Xxxxxx, including, but not limited to, such additional (out of the City) expenses for personnel, salaries, private auditors, travel, lodging, meals, and overhead.
