Use Regulations. Should a use be proposed for the Conservancy SED that is not anticipated in this SMP, the city shall review the use via a shoreline CUP in conjunction with all other required permits. Any use, structure, or activity accessory to or associated with a principal use shall be considered part of the principal use; the entirety of the action, including principal uses and all accessory or associated elements shall be considered during project review by the City of Long Beach.

Use Regulations. 1. Unless waived by the Village Manager, no Sponsoring Organization may use the Heritage Center Space on a complimentary basis more than twice in any calendar month or fifteen times per calendar year.
2. Light refreshments are permitted but must be confined to the Heritage Center Space reserved for the Event. All food and beverages must be cleaned up and removed promptly at the conclusion of the Event, and the Heritage Room Space must be left in a clean, orderly condition. All preparation of food and refreshments must be confined to the kitchen. Liquor is not permitted unless specifically authorized by the Village. If the kitchen is used, it must be left in a clean, orderly condition with appliances unplugged and all equipment properly cleaned.
Use Regulations. The regular hours of use are 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays.

Use Regulations. Music (live or amplified), and lighting, is not permitted, unless expressly approved in writing by the Town. Temporary signage of any type is not permitted unless approved in writing by the Town. Consumption of alcoholic beverages is NOT permitted unless approved by Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC); verification of ABC approval shall be submitted to Town in advance. Hours of operation and non-permanent items (e.g. tables, chairs, umbrellas, canopies) shall be as stated and approved in Attachment A. Permittee shall not be allowed to permanently alter, construct or place any structure or other improvement on the property except as specifically provided in Attachment A.
Use Regulations. Except with respect to single unit buildings, the Association may, from time to time, adopt and amend previously adopted Use Regulations governing the details of the operation and use of the Common Area and the units in the Condominium; provided, however, that no such Use Regulations shall conflict with the Declaration, these By-Laws, or the provisions of the Act, and in the event of any conflict between the said Use Regulations and the foregoing, the latter shall prevail. The Board of Directors shall, distribute from time to time, a copy of the Use Regulations adopted from time to time by the Corporation. These Use Regulations may be amended by the vote of two-thirds or more of the total voting power of all unit Owners before such shall become effective.
Use Regulations. SBCC reserves the right to control and enforce all rules, regulations and policies for the management and operation of the Premises, now or hereafter in effect. F4Y hereby agrees that it shall be personally responsible, on behalf of its organization, for any damage to school buildings, grounds, or equipment resulting from the occupancy of said Premises or use of the campus by the organization. F4Y agrees to abide by and enforce the rules and regulations of SBCC governing the non-school use of buildings, grounds, and equipment with F4Y personnel. Use Regulations. As noted above, the Redevelopment consists entirely of multifamily residential uses, and uses accessory thereto. As set forth in Table 1 below, within the RB District, multifamily uses are prohibited. Further, encroachments which would result in any increase in flood levels within the community during the occurrence of the base flood discharge are prohibited in the Floodplain District (§240-34(G) of the Zoning Ordinance). The only improvements to be constructed within the Floodplain District are roadway improvements (i.e., paving, guardrail and landscaping at the site entrance driveway), which conform to applicable requirements. Use Regulations. Applicable laws: Any person or persons violating the established policies or constituting a public nuisance may be required to leave the premises. Misuse of the Pavilion or failure to conform to other County, State or Federal regulations, ordinances or laws will be sufficient reason for terminating the permit or event.
