Liner Pipe. Provide a liner pipe listed in TABLE 1 or approved by the Bureau Chief of Construction and Materials, unless otherwise shown in the Contract Documents. Use only one manufacturer for any single structure or drainage system. The technical data must include detailed installation instructions, minimum and maximum allowable pipe diameters, and testing results that are no more than 36 months out of date demonstrating compliance with any applicable ASTM or AASHTO standards. Provide the Engineer with a list showing the product intended for use in each structure or drainage system prior to installation. At the Engineer’s discretion, based on the existing conditions of the drainage structure, the Engineer may request that the Contractor use an alternate manufacturer from the list shown in TABLE 1 or approved by the Bureau Chief of Construction and Materials. The Engineer will accept the materials on the basis of manufacturer and product name, and visual inspection of the completed work.

  • FTTP Loop A Loop consisting entirely of fiber optic cable, whether dark or lit, that extends from the main distribution frame (or its equivalent) in an end user’s serving End Office to the demarcation point at the end user’s customer premises or to a serving area interface at which the fiber optic cable connects to copper or coaxial distribution facilities that extend to the end user's customer premises demarcation point, provided that all copper or coaxial distribution facilities extending from such serving area interface are not more than 500 feet from the demarcation point at the respective end users' customer premises; provided, however, that in the case of predominantly residential multiple dwelling units (MDUs), an FTTP Loop is a Loop consisting entirely of fiber optic cable, whether dark or lit, that extends from the main distribution frame (or its equivalent) in the End Office that serves the multiunit premises: (a) to or beyond the multiunit premises’ minimum point of entry (MPOE), as defined in 47 C.F.R. § 68.105; or

  • Interconnection Point The Service Provider is responsible for connecting to the LFC Network at the Interconnection Point. The LFC may only change an Interconnection Point if a change is necessary to protect the security or integrity of that Interconnection Point in order to maintain the continuity of supply of the Wholesale Services.   • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • Pipelines Developer shall have no interest in the pipeline gathering system, which gathering system shall remain the sole property of Operator or its Affiliates and shall be maintained at their sole cost and expense.

  • Interconnection Points 8.5.1 The IP of a Party (“Receiving Party”) for Measured Internet Traffic delivered to the Receiving Party by the other Party shall be the same as the IP of the Receiving Party for Reciprocal Compensation Traffic under Section 7.1 above.
