Common use of Cleaning; Water Clause in Contracts

Cleaning; Water. To provide cleaning to the Premises in accordance with cleaning and janitorial standards generally prevailing throughout the term hereof in comparable office buildings within the municipality in which the Building is located, but at least to the standards outlined in Exhibit K ; and to furnish water to the Premises for ordinary cleaning, lavatory and toilet facilities.

Cleaning; Water. To provide cleaning to the Premises in accordance with cleaning and janitorial standards generally prevailing throughout the term hereof in comparable office buildings within the municipality in which the Building is located, but at least to the standards outlined in Exhibit K ; and to furnish water to the Premises for ordinary cleaning, lavatory and toilet facilities.

Cleaning; Water. To provide cleaning to the office portion of the Premises in accordance with cleaning and janitorial standards generally prevailing throughout the term hereof in comparable office buildings within the municipality in which the Building is located, but at least to the standards outlined in Exhibit K ; and to furnish water to the Premises for ordinary cleaning, lavatory and toilet facilitiesfacilities (which shall be paid for by Tenant through Operating Costs).

Cleaning; Water. To provide cleaning (including daily trash removal) to the Premises in accordance with cleaning and janitorial standards generally prevailing throughout the term hereof in comparable office buildings within the municipality in which the Building is located, but at least to the standards outlined in Exhibit K ; and to furnish water to the Premises for ordinary cleaning, lavatory and toilet facilities.

Cleaning; Water. To provide cleaning to the Premises and common areas of the Building in accordance with cleaning and janitorial standards generally prevailing throughout the term hereof in comparable office buildings within the municipality in which the Building is located, but at least to the standards outlined in Exhibit K ; and to furnish water to the Premises for ordinary cleaning, lavatory and toilet facilities.

Cleaning; Water. To provide cleaning to the Premises in accordance with cleaning and janitorial standards generally prevailing throughout the term hereof in comparable office buildings within the municipality in which the Building is located, but at least to the standards outlined in Exhibit K ; and to furnish water to the Premises for ordinary cleaning, lavatory and toilet facilities.

Cleaning; Water. To provide cleaning to the Premises and the common areas of the Building substantially in accordance with cleaning and janitorial standards generally prevailing throughout the term hereof in comparable office buildings within the municipality in which the Building is locatedExhibit F, but at least to the standards outlined in Exhibit K Office Space Cleaning Specifications; and to furnish water to the Premises for ordinary cleaning, lavatory and toilet facilities.
