CLEARANCE PAY. The straight-time pay provided to Employees as outlined in the five- eight (5/8) and four-ten (4/10) shifts above shall be known as “clearance pay”. Clearance pay is calculated by determining the Employee’s normally scheduled shift, the hours actually worked, and the Employee’s applicable regular/overtime status.
