Minimum Pay. Employees who work less than four (4) hours shall be paid for four (4) hours and if worked more than four (4) hours shall receive pay for the actual time worked unless they are working directly with Cement Masons, and they will receive eight (8) hours of pay if worked in excess of four (4) hours. If an employee leaves or quits of their own volition, they shall be paid for actual time worked at applicable straight and overtime rates. If a new hire is put to work and judged by the Employer to be unsatisfactory, that person shall be paid only for the actual time worked.
Minimum Pay. The minimum time for which overtime compensation shall be paid under the provisions of Section 208.12 shall be two hours, except that if an employee, who has been notified to report for prearranged work outside of his/her regular work hours on workdays, continues to work into or beyond regular work hours, the employee shall be paid overtime compensation only for actual work time up to regular work hours, and for travel time as provided in Section 208.12 hereof. ii) In the case of either client refusal or absence, employees shall contact the Home Care office immediately for assignment to other duties.

Minimum Pay. The Employer shall pay an employee reporting to work as required by the Employer a minimum in any one day of:
a. two (2) hours’ pay; or
b. where the employee commences work, a minimum of four (4) hours’ pay unless his work is suspended because of weather or other reasons completely beyond the control of the Company.
