CLEARING THE SITE OF WORKS a) The Contractor shall clear site of works as per the instructions of the Architect/Consultant. The site of works shall be cleared of all men, materials, sheds, etc. belonging to the Contractor. The site shall be delivered in a clean and neat condition as required by the Architect/Consultant within a period of one week after the job is completed. In case of failure by the Contractor, the Bank under advice of the Architect/Consultant will have the right to get the site cleared at the risk and cost of the Contractor to the satisfaction of the Architect/Consultant.

  • Location of Work The Executive shall be based in the United States in West Orange, New Jersey. However, the Executive agrees to undertake whatever domestic and worldwide travel is required by the Company.
