Clerical Collective Agreement. Xxxxx Xxxxxx Manager, Labour & Employment Relations Union Gas Limited TT/pk June 6, 2003 This memorandum is written to confirm an agreement between the parties regarding the assignment of work across Union Local jurisdictional boundary lines. The Union understands and agrees that it is necessary from time to time to assign employees to perform work outside the area, historically acknowledged as their Union Locals' area of jurisdiction. In making such assignments, Management will give due consideration to the rights of an employee as granted under the Collective Agreement in force, and under normal circumstances will require only that employees cross jurisdictional boundaries to perform work of a temporary or specialized nature. This Agreement has no application whatsoever to the change in Report Base/Transfer of Work situations which are dealt with in a separate arrangement under Letter of Understanding #14. To further clarify the understanding of the effects of such assignments across jurisdictional boundary lines, the following is agreed to:
