Based on the Architect s observations of the Work and an evaluation of the Contractor's Applications for Payment, the Architect will determine the amounts owing to the Contractor and will issue Certificates for Payment in such amounts, as provided in Paragraph 9.4 of these General Conditions.
- Progression on the Wage Grid (The following clause is applicable to part-time employees only) Effective October 10, 1986 part-time employees, including casual employees, shall accumulate service for the purpose of progression on the wage grid, on the basis of one year for each 1725 hours worked. Company Eversource Gas Company of Massachusetts d/b/a Eversource Energy Company Gas Allowance The difference between the sum of all amounts of Gas received into the Company’s distribution system and the sum of all amounts of Gas delivered from the Company’s distribution system as calculated by the Company for the most recent twelve (12) month period ending July 31. Such difference shall include, but not be limited to, Gas consumed by the Company for its own purposes, line losses and Gas vented and lost as a result of an event of Force Majeure, excluding gas otherwise accounted for.
