- Progression on the Wage Grid. (The following clause is applicable to part-time employees only)
- Progression on the Wage Grid. ‌ Effective October 10, 1986 part-time employees, including casual employees, shall accumulate service for the purpose of progression on the wage grid, on the basis of one year for each 1725 hours worked. Notwithstanding the above, employees hired prior to October 10, 1986 will be credited with the service they held for the purpose of progression on the wage grid under the Agreement expiring September 28, 1985 and will thereafter accumulate service in accordance with this Article.

- Progression on the Wage Grid. Part-Time Only Collective Agreements currently containing a part-time wage grid shall continue such wage grids in effect. Effective October 10, 1986 employees shall progress on such grid on the basis that 1725 hours worked equals one (1) year of service. Where, however, part-time employees are on a single rate structure, the full-time wage grid shall apply and progression through the grid shall be in accordance with the foregoing. Employees hired prior to October 10, 1986 will be credited with the service they held under the Collective Agreement expiring November 15, 1985.

Hours worked in a different job, or during periods of leave, shall not be considered when calculating hours for incremental increases. (b) Regular part-time employees shall not receive less than the year 1 rate plus increases including increments.
