Client Eligibility. A. The Subrecipient shall screen all clients served with funds provided under this Agreement and maintain records documenting that one hundred percent (100%) of the total number of clients served do not have a gross annual household income in excess of the limits specified in the below in Paragraph C, Income Definitions, for Low-Income Households with the applicable number of persons per household.
