Common use of Client Grievance Investigation Clause in Contracts

Client Grievance Investigation. a. When a patient files a grievance against an employee concerning a violation of rules, policy or procedure only, rather than a criminal violation, the Agency shall fully discuss the grievance with the employee. The employee will be given full opportunity to provide mitigating or exculpatory information that may include follow-up interviews and/or access to documents.
