Client Grievance. The AAA shall establish a system through which applicants for and recipients of services under the approved area plans may present grievances about the activities of the AAA or any subcontractor(s) related to service delivery. Clients receiving Medicaid funded services must be informed of their right to a fair hearing regarding service eligibility specified in WAC 388-02 and under the provisions of the Administrative Procedures Act, Chapter 34.05
