CLIENT GROUP. 2.1. The Client has entered this Agreement on its own behalf and, solely in respect of this Interchange Agreement, as agent acting on behalf of the other members of the Client Group. The other members of the Client Group will therefore be a Party to this Agreement solely in respect of this 0.
