Client Responsibility. (a) Client shall cooperate fully with PCSD’s efforts and requests in completing the tasks to be undertaken by PCSD under this Agreement; provided that, in accordance with Section 2.1, PCSD shall accede to Client’s decisions in all such matters relating to the Services being provided herein.
