Client’s configuration. The effectiveness of the mitigation depends also on the appropriate configuration of the Client’s Services. In this regard, the Client must ensure that it has the adequate resources to administer the configuration of the Client’s Services properly. The Client shall be solely responsible for ensuring it secures its Services, implementing security tools (firewall, etc.), periodically updating their system, backing up their data and for ensuring the security of their software (scripts, codes etc.).
