CLIENT’S PERSONAL DATA. You acknowledge and accept that your personal data will be collected, stored and processed by the Company according to all the relevant laws and regulations the Company needs to abide with. Under Applicable Regulations, the Company will keep records containing Client Personal Data, Trading Information, Account opening documents, Communications and anything else which relate.
