Common use of CLOSE OPEN CONTRACTS Clause in Contracts

CLOSE OPEN CONTRACTS. In some circumstances, we may be unable, after using all reasonable efforts, to acquire, substitute, maintain, unwind or dispose of any Underlying Instrument we consider necessary to hedge or protect our exposure to market and other risks arising from an open Contract. In such circumstances, we may close that open Contract at the Contract Price.
