Closure During the Workday. In the event the District has decided to close a building or the entire District during the work- day, Employees will be released as soon as possible, but no later than sixty (60) minutes after the release of students.
Closure During the Workday. If the Company decides to close a location during the course of the workday, associates may be temporarily transferred to another location under paragraph 6 below. If coverage is not needed at other locations, or if the Company deems it necessary to close a location due to adverse weather conditions in order to ensure the safety and well-being of our associates, all associates will be paid for the hours they worked as well as the balance of the hours they were scheduled to work, up to a maximum of eight (8) hours for any period of continuous closure.
