Closure of Allocation Record. Except for advocacy briefing and supporting expert reports, the allocation record will close 2 months after the latter of receipt of 1) Trustees’ final estimate of potential natural resource damages (for settlement purposes) and 2) information from the Portland Harbor remedial allocation process relating to facts and legal issues that are relevant to facts and legal issues in the NRD allocation process.
