Closure of Operations on Half Holidays. The Association recognizes the right of the City to close operations on Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve. If operations are closed on a designated half holiday, employees are expected to account for their time by using an appropriate form of paid leave or unpaid time off consistent with City policy.
