Common use of Club Memberships Clause in Contracts

Club Memberships. to the extent the Executive has been granted a club membership at the time of commencement of the Termination Leave, the Corporation will continue to pay for the employee's membership until the Termination Date. Upon the Termination Date corporate (as opposed to personal) club memberships will remain with the Corporation.
