CM/GC Responsibility. Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is the CM/GC’s responsibility to identify potential conflicts and to participate in recommending methods of construction to facilitate a constructable solution, while it remains the Design Professional’s responsibility to provide the design or interpretation necessary to resolve any actual conflict.
