Common use of CMFA HOURS BANK Clause in Contracts

CMFA HOURS BANK. The City agrees to maintain a vacation bank to be administered by the CMFA Board of Directors. The bank will be comprised of hours voluntarily donated by Association members. The City will notify CMFA when this bank reaches a positive balance in excess of $30,000.00 or a negative balance of $5,000.00 so donations can be appropriately adjusted.
