CMPA Credit. The official CMPA logo should appear on all Motion Pictures and every copy, version, reprint or reproduction thereof. The CMPA shall make available to the Producer the art work of its logo. The Producer acknowledges that the CMPA name and logo are trademarks and the sole property of the CMPA.
