CNA Incentive. Upon the signing of this Agreement, the Commission enjoins to give a CNA Incentive amounting to but not less than Fifty Thousand Pesos (P50, 000) in recognition of the joint effort of both the management and the rank and file to attain effective and efficient accomplishments of performance targets at a lesser cost through cost-cutting measures and systems of improvement.
CNA Incentive. The MANAGEMENT, pursuant to Administrative Order No. 253 [21 December 2011] and DBM Budget Circular No. 2012-4 [17 December 2012], shall grant CNA incentive in recognition of the efforts of labor and management to achieve all plan targets, programs and services approved in the agency’s budget at lesser cost and shall release the same to all covered employees in the Collective Negotiation Unit. The CNA Incentive shall be sourced from the agency’s savings from released allotments for MOOE for the current fiscal year.
a) Travelling expenses;
b) Communication expenses;
c) Repairs and Maintenance expenses;
d) Transportation and Delivery expenses;
e) Supplies and Materials expenses; and
