Coaching & Rehearsal Time i. When choreography, movement, diction, staging, etc., are specific to a given main stage production, they will be considered rehearsal time and will be credited to hours worked except in the case of coaching (defined as one-on-one instruction) for ARTISTS who require excessive coaching in order to be prepared to perform, in which case additional coaching per week may be scheduled and not credited to hours worked as rehearsal time. Coaching takes place at the discretion of the artistic staff. ii. Coaching shall not be permitted on Free Days, two performance days, or during ARTIST’S rest period.

  • Additional Time If because of events beyond the Design Professional’s reasonable control, it is not able to meet the specified time period, then it should be entitled to ask the Owner for additional time, which request shall not be unreasonably denied.

  • Paid Holidays – Long Weekends (a) When an employee is scheduled to work a weekend where a paid holiday falls on the Monday or the Friday, the Employer shall endeavour to also schedule the employee to work the paid holiday. (b) When the employee is scheduled off on a weekend where a paid holiday falls on the Monday or the Friday, the Employer shall endeavour to schedule the employee off the paid holiday. (c) In the event of a scheduling conflict, 12.07 (a) will be the deciding provision.

  • Prime Time Vacation Period Subject to the provisions of this article, it is the intent of the parties that no employee will be restricted in the time of year they choose to take their vacation. The Employer will make every effort to allow employees to take their vacation during the period of April 15th to October 15th inclusive, which will be defined as the prime time vacation period.

  • Christmas or New Year's Day Off The Employer agrees to make every reasonable effort to ensure that employees required to work shift shall have at least Christmas Day or the following New Year's Day off.
