Coaching & Rehearsal Time i. When choreography, movement, diction, staging, etc., are specific to a given main stage production, they will be considered rehearsal time and will be credited to hours worked except in the case of coaching (defined as one-on-one instruction) for ARTISTS who require excessive coaching in order to be prepared to perform, in which case additional coaching per week may be scheduled and not credited to hours worked as rehearsal time. Coaching takes place at the discretion of the artistic staff.

  • Compensation for Holidays Falling on Scheduled Days Off 1. When a holiday falls on a full-time employee's regularly scheduled day off, the employee shall receive eight (8) hours of compensatory time.
