Labeling and Packaging BTG shall label and package the Bulk Product in accordance with Legal Requirements applicable to pharmaceutical products shipped in bulk for further processing, labeling, or repackaging.
Trademarks and Service Marks In the event the Administrative Agent forecloses on its security interest in the License Agreements and transfers the License Agreements to a Person who does not meet the Successor Manager Requirements, then Sprint PCS shall have the right to terminate the License Agreements and cause the Administrative Agent to release its security interest in the License Agreements immediately prior to such transfer.
Promotional Materials In the event that the Fund or the Adviser makes available any promotional materials related to the Securities or the transactions contemplated hereby intended for use only by registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof by means of an Internet web site or similar electronic means, the Adviser will install and maintain, or will cause to be installed and maintained, pre-qualification and password-protection or similar procedures which are reasonably designed to effectively prohibit access to such promotional materials by persons other than registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof.
SALES MATERIALS 4.1 LIFE COMPANY will furnish, or will cause to be furnished, to TRUST and ADVISER, each piece of sales literature or other promotional material in which TRUST or ADVISER is named, at least ten (10) Business Days prior to its intended use. No such material will be used if TRUST or ADVISER objects to its use in writing within seven (7) Business Days after receipt of such material.
Training Materials Training Materials will be provided for each student. Training Materials may be used only for either (i) the individual student’s reference during Boeing provided training and for review thereafter or (ii) Customer’s provision of training to individuals directly employed by the Customer.
Trademarks, Etc Except to the extent required by applicable law, no Party shall use any other Party's names, logos, trademarks or service marks, whether registered or unregistered, without the prior consent of such Party.
Trademarks and Fund Names (a) Except as may otherwise be provided in a License Agreement among A I M Management Group, Inc., LIFE COMPANY and UNDERWRITER, neither LIFE COMPANY nor UNDERWRITER or any of their respective affiliates, shall use any trademark, trade name, service mark xx logo of AVIF, AIM or any of their respective affiliates, or any variation of any such trademark, trade name, service mark xx logo, without AVIF's or AIM's prior written consent, the granting of which shall be at AVIF's or AIM's sole option.
Marketing Materials (a) During the term of this Agreement, the Sub-Adviser agrees to furnish the Manager at its principal office for prior review and approval by the Manager all written and/or printed materials, including but not limited to, PowerPointÒ or slide presentations, news releases, advertisements, brochures, fact sheets and other promotional, informational or marketing materials (the “Marketing Materials”) for internal use or public dissemination, that are produced or are for use or reference by the Sub-Adviser, its affiliates or other designees, broker-dealers or the public in connection with the Series, and Sub-Adviser shall not use any such materials if the Manager reasonably objects in writing within five business days (or such other period as may be mutually agreed) after receipt thereof. Marketing Materials may be furnished to the Manager by first class or overnight mail, facsimile transmission equipment, electronic delivery or hand delivery.
Packaging All Material shall be packaged in accordance with ATA 300 Specification, Category III for consumable/expendable material and Category II for rotables. Category I containers shall be used if requested by the Buyer and the difference between Category I and Category II packaging costs shall be paid by the Buyer together with payment for the respective Material.
Trademarks and Trade Names (a) Each party hereby acknowledges that it does not have, and shall not acquire any interest in any of the other party’s trademarks or trade names unless otherwise expressly agreed.
