COIN-INT. Impact modelling The impacts of sea level rise are implemented in COIN-INT via five channels: First, sea flood damages reduce the physical capital stock (capital costs). Second, we assume that each person that is flooded within a year, is not able to provide labour to the labour market for 2 out of 48 working weeks a year (labour costs). Third, the annual land area that is lost due to SLR is translated into lower cropland availability for agricultural crop production (land loss). Fourth, investment costs for renewing sea dikes or for upgrading them (in the case of adaptation) is modelled as forced investment activity of the government agent (investment cost fraction of DIVA’s protection costs). Fifth, maintenance costs for sea dikes are implemented as forced government consumption for construction activities (maintenance cost fraction of DIVA’s protection costs). The Appendix reports a more detailed description of the implementation of impacts.

  • FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT MANAGEMENT The Parties shall manage this Framework Agreement in accordance with Schedule 14 (Framework Management).

  • 00 - MANAGEMENT RIGHTS 3.01 It is the Employer's right to operate and manage its business in all respects in accordance with its responsibilities and commitments.   • Time Management Because of the nature of the duties performed by these supervisors, it is impracticable to apply provisions which prescribe normal work hours. However, it is normally expected that eighty (80) hours of work shall constitute a normal payroll period. It is recognized that these supervisors are responsible for managing and accounting for their own hours of work and that they may work hours in excess of the normal work day and/or payroll period and may make adjustments in hours of work in subsequent work days and/or payroll periods, provided such time management system does not result in overtime payment or guarantee hour-for-hour time off for extra hours worked.

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux Developer Suite Red Hat Enterprise Linux Developer Suite provides an open source development environment that consists of Red Hat Enterprise Linux with built-in development tools, certain Red Hat Enterprise Linux Add-Ons, Red Hat Enterprise Linux for Real Time, Smart Management and access to Software Maintenance, but no Development or Production Support. If you use any of the Subscription Services or Software associated with Red Hat Enterprise Linux Developer Suite for Production Purposes, or use the Red Hat Enterprise Linux Software Subscription entitlement independently, you agree to purchase the applicable number of Units of the applicable Software Subscription. Red Hat does not provide Production Support or Development Support for Red Hat Enterprise Developer Suite.

  • EXIT PLAN The Supplier shall, within three (3) months after the Commencement Date, deliver to the Customer an Exit Plan which: sets out the Supplier's proposed methodology for achieving an orderly transition of the Ordered Panel Services from the Supplier to the Customer and/or its Replacement Supplier on the expiry or termination of this Contract ; complies with the requirements set out in paragraph 6.3 of this Contract Schedule 2; is otherwise reasonably satisfactory to the Customer. The Parties shall use reasonable endeavours to agree the contents of the Exit Plan. If the Parties are unable to agree the contents of the Exit Plan within twenty (20) Working Days of its submission, then such dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the Dispute Resolution Procedure. Unless otherwise specified by the Customer or Approved, the Exit Plan shall set out, as a minimum: how the Exit Information is obtained; the management structure to be employed during both transfer and cessation of the Ordered Panel Services; the management structure to be employed during the Termination Assistance Period; a detailed description of both the transfer and cessation processes, including a timetable; how the Ordered Panel Services will transfer to the Replacement Supplier and/or the Customer, including details of the processes, documentation, data transfer, systems migration, security and the segregation of the Customer's technology components from any technology components operated by the Supplier or its Sub-Contractors (where applicable); details of contracts (if any) which will be available for transfer to the Customer and/or the Replacement Supplier upon the Expiry Date together with any reasonable costs required to effect such transfer (and the Supplier agrees that all assets and contracts used by the Supplier in connection with the provision of the Ordered Panel Services will be available for such transfer); proposals for the training of key members of the Replacement Supplier’s personnel in connection with the continuation of the provision of the Ordered Panel Services following the Expiry Date charged at rates agreed between the Parties at that time; proposals for providing the Customer or a Replacement Supplier copies of all documentation: used in the provision of the Ordered Panel Services and necessarily required for the continued use thereof, in which the Intellectual Property Rights are owned by the Supplier; and relating to the use and operation of the Ordered Panel Services; proposals for the assignment or novation of the provision of all services, leases, maintenance agreements and support agreements utilised by the Supplier in connection with the performance of the supply of the Ordered Panel Services; proposals for the identification and return of all Customer Property in the possession of and/or control of the Supplier or any third party (including any Sub-Contractor); proposals for the disposal of any redundant Ordered Panel Services and materials; procedures to: deal with requests made by the Customer and/or a Replacement Supplier for Staffing Information pursuant to Contract Schedule 3 (Staff Transfer); determine which Supplier Personnel are or are likely to become Transferring Supplier Employees; and identify or develop any measures for the purpose of the Employment Regulations envisaged in respect of Transferring Supplier Employees; how each of the issues set out in this Contract Schedule 2 will be addressed to facilitate the transition of the Ordered Panel Services from the Supplier to the Replacement Supplier and/or the Customer with the aim of ensuring that there is no disruption to or degradation of the Ordered Panel Services during the Termination Assistance Period; and proposals for the supply of any other information or assistance reasonably required by the Customer or a Replacement Supplier in order to effect an orderly handover of the provision of the Ordered Panel Services.

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop Software Subscriptions Software Subscriptions for Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktops and Workstations are subject to the parameters set forth in Table 6 below. Each Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop and Workstation Software Subscription includes one Red Hat Network system entitlement and one Smart Management Module, each to be used solely with a single Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop or Workstation System. Production Support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop subscriptions is limited to web-based support only for your helpdesk support personnel. Red Hat is not obligated to support your end users directly.

  • AGREEMENT MANAGEMENT A. Contractor may change Project Manager but the Energy Commission reserves the right to approve any substitution of the Project Manager.

  • Contract Option In the event that the Interconnection Customer and Interconnected Transmission Owner agree to utilize the Negotiated Contract Option provided by the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement to establish, subject to FERC acceptance, non-standard terms regarding cost responsibility, payment, billing and/or financing, the terms of Sections 10.1 and/or 10.2 of this Section 10.0 shall be superseded to the extent required to conform to such negotiated terms, as stated in a schedule attached to the parties’ Interconnection Construction Service Agreement relating to interconnection of the Customer Facility.
