Collaboration Steering Committee Reports. Within ten (10) days following each meeting of the Collaboration Steering Committee held pursuant to Subsection 4(a)(ii), the secretary of the Collaboration Steering Committee shall prepare and send to the members of the Collaboration Steering Committee a detailed written report of actions and decisions taken at the meeting in such form and containing such detail as shall be determined by the Collaboration Steering Committee.
