Collateral Information Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate of each Loan Party, dated the First Amendment Effective Date and executed by a Responsible Officer of such Loan Party, substantially in the same form as the Collateral Information Certificate delivered to the Administrative Agent on the Closing Date.
Collateral Information Certificate. The Collateral Information Certificate delivered to the Lenders by the Borrowers as required under Section 4.3 (the “Collateral Information Certificate”) is true and correct in all material respects as of the date so delivered.
