Termination Certificate definition

Termination Certificate means the termination certificate attached as Exhibit C to the Confidentiality Agreement.

More Definitions of Termination Certificate

Termination Certificate means the certificate to be filed by the Monitor with the Court both confirming that the Monitor has distributed the HUSH Distribution Fund and fulfilled its duties under the Plan in accordance with Section 12.01 and terminating the CCAA Proceedings, subject to any further Order of the Court if deemed necessary by the Monitor or the Court discharging the Monitor;
