Common use of Collateral Maintenance Test Clause in Contracts

Collateral Maintenance Test. On and as of each Borrowing Date and immediately after giving effect to the Loans incurred on such date, the Borrower shall be in compliance with Section 8.07(d), based on the most recent Appraisals delivered to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 7.01(d).

Collateral Maintenance Test. On and as of each the Initial Borrowing Date and immediately after giving effect to the Loans incurred on such date, the Borrower shall be in compliance with Section 8.07(d), based on the most recent Appraisals delivered to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 7.01(d).

Collateral Maintenance Test. On and as of each the Borrowing Date and immediately after giving effect to the Loans incurred on such date, the Borrower shall be in compliance with Section 8.07(d), based on the most recent Appraisals delivered to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 7.01(d).

On and as of each Borrowing Date and immediately after giving effect to the Loans incurred on such date, the Borrower shall be in compliance with Section 8.07(d8.10(d), based on the most recent Appraisals delivered to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 7.01(d)7.12.

Notwithstanding anything to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 7.01(dcontrary in Sections 5.02(a) through (f)., Loans on any Borrowing Date may be borrowed before the applicable conditions set forth above in Sections 5.02(a) (other than clause (i) thereof) through (f) are met, provided that:
