Collection and Recycling. A. No person other than a permitted collector shall collect on-site regulated municipal waste or designated recyclable materials generated in any residential unit or multi-family unit, except that a person may collect such waste or recyclable materials which were generated at such person’s residence.

Collection and Recycling. 18.01.1 Organics Recycling Program Collector shall provide an Organics Recycling program to all Customers that meets or exceeds the requirements of State Organics Laws, the City’s municipal code, and all other applicable state laws. In the event of any conflict between such authorities, the strictest requirement shall apply, as reasonably determined by the Contract Officer.   • Sanitation and Servicing Purchaser shall take all reasonable precautions to prevent pollution of air, soil, and water by Purchaser’s Operations. If facilities for employees are established on Sale Area, they shall be operated in a sanitary manner. In the event that Purchaser’s Operations or servicing of equipment result in pollution to soil or water, Purchaser shall conduct cleanup and restoration of the polluted site to the satisfaction of Forest Service. Purchaser shall maintain all equipment operating on Sale Area in good repair and free of abnormal leakage of lubricants, fuel, coolants, and hydraulic fluid. Purchaser shall not service tractors, trucks, or other equipment on National Forest lands where servicing is likely to result in pollution to soil or water. Purchaser shall furnish oil- absorbing mats for use under all stationary equipment or equipment being serviced to prevent leaking or spilled petroleum-based products from contaminating soil and water resources. Purchaser shall remove from National Forest lands all contaminated soil, vegetation, debris, vehicle oil filters (drained of free-flowing oil), batteries, oily rags, and waste oil resulting from use, servicing, repair, or abandonment of equipment.

  • COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF ITEMS In processing items You have deposited for collection, We are only Your agent and assume no responsibility beyond the exercise of ordinary care. Any item deposited is subject to final settlement in cash or credit. We may use any method We feel is appropriate to collect items, which may include use of a Federal Reserve Bank. We are not responsible for the acts of any third party We use for the collection of items including responsibility for lost items. If We use a local clearinghouse in the collection of items, You authorize Us to do so and to act in accordance with any applicable rules and regulations. We may permit You to withdraw funds from Your Account before final settlement has been made, however, if final settlement is not made, We have the right to charge Your Account or otherwise require You to repay such funds. In processing items presented for payment on Your Account, We will pay such items each business day in an order of Our choosing, all of which means that the transactions may not be processed in the order in which they occurred and that You could incur multiple fees in a single day should there be insufficient funds to pay all items presented that day.

  • Education and Prevention 6.1 The policy will be discussed and put forward for adoption on site at a meeting of all workers.

  • Data Collection and Reporting 1. Grantee shall develop and use a local reporting unit that will provide an assigned location for all clients served within the Hospital. This information shall also be entered into Client Assignment and Registration (CARE)when reporting on beds utilized at the Hospital.

  • Documentation and Record Keeping 1. Records to be Maintained Subrecipient shall maintain all records required by the Federal regulations specified in 24 CFR 570.506 that are pertinent to the activities to be funded under this Contract. Such records shall include, but not be limited to:

  • Monitoring and Recording COMMUNICATIONS - We may monitor and record communications between you and us, including telephone conversations, electronic messages, electronic records, or other data transmissions that affect your accounts or other products and services. Except as otherwise prohibited by applicable law, you agree we may monitor and record such communications without your approval or further notice to you.

  • COLLECTION OF CHARGES 16.1 A Sector Association may request the consent of the Administrator to collect charges due from Operators to the Administrator in respect of facilities under the charging scheme.

  • EVALUATION AND MONITORING The ORGANIZATION agrees to maintain books, records and other documents and evidence, and to use accounting procedures and practices that sufficiently and properly support the complete performance of and the full compliance with this Agreement. The ORGANIZATION will retain these supporting books, records, documents and other materials for at least three (3) calendar years following the year in which the Agreement expires. The COUNTY and/or the State Auditor and any of their representatives shall have full and complete access to these books, records and other documents and evidence retained by the ORGANIZATION respecting all matters covered in and under this Agreement, and shall have the right to examine such during normal business hours as often as the COUNTY and/or the State Auditor may deem necessary. Such representatives shall be permitted to audit, examine and make excerpts or transcripts from such records, and to make audits of all contracts, invoices, materials, and records of matters covered by this Agreement. These access and examination rights shall last for three calendar years following the year in which the Agreement expires. The COUNTY intends without guarantee for its agents to use reasonable security procedures and protections to assure that related records and documents provided by the ORGANIZATION are not erroneously disclosed to third parties. The COUNTY will, however, disclose or make this material available to those authorized by/in the above paragraph or permitted under the provisions of Chapter 42.56 RCW without notice to the ORGANIZATION. The ORGANIZATION shall cooperate with and freely participate in any other monitoring or evaluation activities pertinent to this Agreement that the COUNTY finds needing to be conducted.
