Common use of Collection Items Clause in Contracts

Collection Items. We need not accept for deposit items drawn on a non-U.S. bank or items payable in a foreign currency and may instead accept such items on a collection basis, even after we have taken physical possession of such items. If accepted on a collection basis, we will not be obligated to credit your account for such items until we have received final payment.
