Collection of Recyclables. Each party shall be responsible for the collection of recyclables from its own residents unless there are areas where it is mutually beneficial for the other party to collect the recyclables and the parties mutually agree to the other party servicing those residents.

Collection of Recyclables. Company will provide 65 gallon Rolling Carts for curbside collection of Recyclable Materials. Curbside refers to that portion of right-of-way adjacent to paved or traveled City roadways. Containers, Bags and Bundles shall be placed as close to the roadway as practicable without interfering with or endangering the movement of vehicles or pedestrians. When construction work is being performed in the right-of-way, Carts shall be placed as close as practicable to an access point for the collection vehicle. Company may decline to collect any Rolling Carts not so placed or any Material not in a Company provided Rolling Cart as specified in the applicable Exhibit hereto.

  • COLLECTION OF CHARGES 16.1 A Sector Association may request the consent of the Administrator to collect charges due from Operators to the Administrator in respect of facilities under the charging scheme.

  • Collection of Fees The Operating Committee shall establish a system for the collection of fees authorized under this Article XI. The Operating Committee may include such collection responsibility as a function of the Plan Processor or another administrator. Alternatively, the Operating Committee may use the facilities of a clearing agency registered under Section 17A of the Exchange Act to provide for the collection of such fees. Participants shall require each Industry Member to pay all applicable fees authorized under this Article XI within thirty (30) days after receipt of an invoice or other notice indicating payment is due (unless a longer payment period is otherwise indicated). If an Industry Member fails to pay any such fee when due (as determined in accordance with the preceding sentence), such Industry Member shall pay interest on the outstanding balance from such due date until such fee is paid at a per annum rate equal to the lesser of: (a) the Prime Rate plus 300 basis points; or (b) the maximum rate permitted by applicable law. Each Participant shall pay all applicable fees authorized under this Article XI as required by Section 3.7(b).

  • Collection of Dues (a) Upon receipt of a “Payroll Deduction Authorization” from an employee, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit I, AT&T will initiate deductions for amounts equal to Union Dues (and, if authorized, an Initiation Fee) from such Article 7 employee’s salary or wages, sickness or disability payments, or other benefit payments or vacation payments.

  • PROCUREMENT OF RECOVERED MATERIAL H-GAC and the Respondent must comply with section 6002 of the Solid Waste Disposal Act, as amended by the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act. The requirements of Section 6002 include: (1) procuring only items designated in guidelines of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) at 40 CFR part 247 that contain the highest percentage of recovered materials practicable, consistent with maintaining a satisfactory level of competition, where the purchase price of the item exceeds $10,000 or the value of the quantity acquired during the preceding fiscal year exceeded $10,000; (2) procuring solid waste management services in a manner that maximizes energy and resource recovery; and (3) establishing an affirmative procurement program for procurement of recovered materials identified in the EPA guidelines. Pursuant to the Federal Rule above, as required by the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976 (42 U.S.C. § 6962(c)(3)(A)(i)), Respondent certifies that the percentage of recovered materials content for EPA-designated items to be delivered or used in the performance of the Contract will be at least the amount required by the applicable contract specifications or other contractual requirements. A RTICLE 40: XXXXXXXX “ANTI-KICKBACK” ACT Contractor shall comply with 18 U.S.C. § 874, 40 U.S.C. § 3145, and the requirements of 29 C.F.R. pt. 3 as may be applicable, which are incorporated by reference into the contract. The contractor or subcontractor shall insert in any subcontracts the clause above and such other clauses as appropriate agency instructions require, and also a clause requiring the subcontractors to include these clauses in any lower tier subcontracts. The prime contractor shall be responsible for the compliance by any subcontractor or lower tier subcontractor with all of these contract clauses. A breach of the contract clauses above may be grounds for termination of the Contract, and for debarment as a contractor and subcontractor as provided in 29 C.F.R. § 5.12.

  • Collection of Data The Insured acknowledges being informed that the Insurer processes his personal data in accordance with regulations relative to the protection of personal data in effect and that, moreover: - the answers to the questions asked are mandatory and that in the event of false declarations or omissions, the consequences for him may be invalidity of the subscription to the contract (article L 113-8 of the Insurance Code) or the reduction of indemnities (article L 113-9 of the Insurance Code), • The processing of personal data is necessary for acceptance and execution of its contract and its guarantees, for the management of commercial and contractual relationships, and for the execution of legal, regulatory or administrative provisions in effect. • The data collected and processed is kept for the period necessary for execution of the contract or the legal obligation. This data is then archived in accordance with the durations specified by the provisions relative to time limits. • The recipients of the data concerning him are, within the limits of their powers, the services of the Insurer in charge of signature, management and execution of the Insurance Contract and guarantees, its delegates, agents, partners, subcontractors and reinsurers, within the framework of their duties. It can also be sent, if necessary, to professional bodies as well as to all persons involved in the contract such as lawyers, experts, court officials and ministerial officers, trustees, guardians or investigators.   • REMOVAL OF RECORDS FROM PREMISES Where performance of the Contract involves use by the Contractor (or the Contractor’s subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, agents or subcontractors) of Authorized User owned or licensed papers, files, computer disks or other electronic storage devices, data or records at Authorized User facilities or offices, or via remote access, the Contractor (or the Contractor’s subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, agents or subcontractors) shall not remotely access, modify, delete, copy or remove such Records without the prior written approval of the Authorized User. In no case, with or without the written approval of the Authorized User, can the Authorized User data be accessed, moved or sent outside the continental United States.

  • Data Collection and Reporting 1. Grantee shall develop and use a local reporting unit that will provide an assigned location for all clients served within the Hospital. This information shall also be entered into Client Assignment and Registration (CARE)when reporting on beds utilized at the Hospital.
