Common use of Collection Vehicle Noise Level Clause in Contracts

Collection Vehicle Noise Level. The noise level generated by Collection vehicles using 837 compaction mechanisms during the stationary compaction process shall not exceed 838 seventy-five (75) decibels at twenty-five (25) feet from the Collection vehicle measured at 839 an elevation of five (5) feet above ground level using the "A" scale of a standard sound 840 level meter at slow response, or Applicable Law, whichever is more stringent.

Collection Vehicle Noise Level. The noise level generated by Collection vehicles using 837 compaction mechanisms during the stationary compaction process shall not exceed 838 seventy-five (75) decibels at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet from the Collection vehicle measured at 839 an elevation of five (5) feet above ground level using the "“A" ” scale of a the standard sound 840 level meter at slow response. If requested, or Applicable LawCONTRACTOR shall cause the Collection vehicles to be tested annually during the months of March and April, whichever is more stringentbeginning March of 2023, and shall submit a certificate of testing showing that the vehicles met the requirements of this Article.

CONTRACTOR shall cause each collection vehicle to be tested no 25 less than once every three (3) years during the months of March and April.
