Contractor’s Acknowledgement Clause Samples
The Contractor’s Acknowledgement clause serves to confirm that the contractor has reviewed and understands all relevant documents, requirements, and conditions associated with the contract. Typically, this clause requires the contractor to affirm that they have examined the site, specifications, and any other pertinent information before agreeing to the contract terms. By including this clause, the contract ensures that the contractor cannot later claim ignorance of important details, thereby reducing the risk of disputes and promoting accountability.
