Common use of Collectively Bargained Employees Clause in Contracts

Collectively Bargained Employees. All provisions contained in this Agreement shall apply equally to any Employee who is covered by a collective bargaining, works council or other labor union agreement (including any such Employee who is employed primarily outside the U.S.), except to the extent that any such agreement specifically provides for the benefit contemplated by such provision and, in each such case, the agreement shall apply rather than the terms of this Agreement.
