COLLEGE CHAIRS. The Federation recognizes the right of the administration to establish the organization by which operations are to be conducted at Montana State University – Northern. Specifically but not exclusively, this includes the right to determine the size, scope and number of colleges. Each college recognized by the administration shall have a college chair. College chairs shall be included in the bargaining unit as defined in Section 2.2.
