College Facilities. Employees, retirees, their spouses, and dependent children shall be entitled to the use of libraries and recreational facilities at no charge provided there is no interference with the educational mission of the Colleges, and that such facilities are utilized on non-working time and in accordance with the rules, regulations and schedules established by the College for such facilities.
