College President. a. If the grievance has not been resolved at Step Two, the Association, but not an individual faculty member or a group of faculty members, may appeal in writing the grievance to the College President within five (5) working days after receipt by the grievant. A copy shall be sent by the College President with information on the hearing date to the Association President.
