College President. 22.6.1. After reviewing the recommendations of the Tenure Review Committee to continue probation for a second (2nd) or third (3rd) year or terminate the probationary period, the College President shall make a decision to extend or terminate the probationary period prior to the end of the quarter in which he/she receives the Tenure Review Committee’s recommendation. The College President will communicate the decision in writing to the candidate, the Tenure Review Committee, and the chair of the Evaluation Subcommittee.
