COLLOCATE. Not less than ten (10) days prior to Customer's planned installation of its Customer Equipment at a Selected Site, Customer shall provide a notice to TA (the "Collocation Notice"). The Collocation Notice shall include notice of Customer's desire to collocate in the particular Selected Site, a copy of Customer's design drawings meeting CAD requirements and an installation schedule. The Collocation Notice shall also include: (a) Customer's requested installation date(s); (b) any excess cable storage requirements; (c) identification URRS Agreement Page 132 Dated: September 9, 0000 Xxxxxxxx X of all Customer Equipment to be installed; (d) a diagram of the desired location of the Customer Equipment; (e) the space, power, environmental and other requirements for the Customer Equipment; and (f) the estimated date to commence and complete the installation. Customer shall provide to TA all other information reasonably required by TA. Within ten (10) days of receiving the Collocation Notice, TA shall respond to Customer's Collocation Notice with its acceptance or objections to Customer's proposal.

  • Collocation Interconnection may be accomplished through the Collocation arrangements offered by CenturyLink. The terms and conditions under which Collocation will be available are described in Article IX of this Agreement.

  • The Site The site of the Project Highway (the “Site”) shall comprise the site described in Schedule-A in respect of which the Right of Way shall be provided by the Authority to the Contractor. The Authority shall be responsible for: (a) acquiring and providing Right of Way on the Site in accordance with the alignment finalised by the Authority, free from all encroachments and encumbrances, and free access thereto for the execution of this Agreement; and (b) obtaining licences and permits for environment clearance for the Project Highway.

  • Landlord Services Any services provided by, or on behalf of, Landlord will not prevent any amounts received or accrued from qualifying as "Rents from real property" (within the meaning of Section 856(d)(2) or Section 512(b)(3) of the Code).

  • Service Areas HHSC authorizes the MA Dual SNP to add the MA Product to Texas service areas that are not identified in Attachment C, Proposed MA Product Service Areas, provided it receives prior CMS approval and complies with the notice requirements specified in this Agreement.

  • Overload A regular employee who works an overload in a given year shall receive no less than either: (a) the pro-rata salary for the overload based on the Provincial Salary Scale or the secondary scale on which the employee is placed or (b) a reduction of workload in a subsequent year that is commensurate with the amount of the overload. The conditions governing overloads are as set out in the regular employee’s local collective agreement, subject to the above provision.

  • Franchisee A “franchisee” is a retailer or distributor who is authorized or permitted, under a franchise, to use a trademark in connection with the sale, consignment, or distribution of motor fuel.

  • Developer Developer shall construct and complete, in a good and workmanlike manner, the Work for the Guaranteed Maximum Price including any adjustment(s) to the Guaranteed Maximum Price pursuant to provisions herein regarding changes to the Guaranteed Maximum Price. Except as otherwise noted, Developer shall provide and pay for all labor, materials, equipment, permits (excluding DSA), fees, licenses, facilities, transportation, taxes, bonds and insurance, and services necessary for the proper execution and completion of the Work, except as indicated herein.

  • Power System Stabilizers The Developer shall procure, install, maintain and operate Power System Stabilizers in accordance with the requirements identified in the Interconnection Studies conducted for Developer’s Large Generating Facility. NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner reserve the right to reasonably establish minimum acceptable settings for any installed Power System Stabilizers, subject to the design and operating limitations of the Large Generating Facility. If the Large Generating Facility’s Power System Stabilizers are removed from service or not capable of automatic operation, the Developer shall immediately notify the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO. The requirements of this paragraph shall not apply to wind generators.

  • Data Management Contractor will not use State data, including production data, for testing or development purposes unless authorized in writing by the State Chief Information Security Officer or delegate. Contractor will implement and maintain procedures to physically and logically segregate State data, unless otherwise explicitly authorized by the State Chief Information Security Officer or delegate.

  • Third Party Sites The Platform may provide links to third-party web sites. Third parties and third party web sites may have different privacy policies, terms and conditions and business practices than we do. Your dealings or communications with any party other than the Company are solely between you and that third party. Reference on the Site to any product, process, publication or service of any third party by trade name, domain name, trademark, trade identity, service xxxx, logo, and manufacturer or otherwise does not constitute or imply its endorsement or recommendation by the Company.
