Design Drawings. Within ten (10) Working Days from execution of the Lease, Tenant shall submit to Landlord four (4) sets of prints of design drawings, specifying the intended design, character and finishing of the Initial Improvements within the Premises. Such package shall include separate drawings for signs in accordance with Landlord's sign criteria. The design drawings shall set forth the requirements of Tenant with respect to the installation of the Initial Improvements within the Premises, and such drawings shall include, without limiting their scope, a Tenant approved space plan, architectural design of the space, including office front, plans, elevations, sections, and renderings indicating materials, color selections and finishes. (i) After receipt of design drawings, Landlord shall return to Tenant one set of prints of design drawings with Landlord's suggested modifications and/or approval. (ii) If design drawings are returned to Tenant with comments, but not bearing approval of Landlord, the design drawings shall be immediately revised by Tenant and resubmitted to Landlord for approval within ten (10) Working Days of their receipt by Tenant. Unless such action is taken, Tenant will be deemed to have accepted and approved all of Landlord's comments on the design drawings.

Design Drawings. 10.2.1 Design & Drawings shall be developed in conformity with the Specifications & Standards set forth in Schedule-D. In the event, the Contractor requires any relaxation in design standards due to restricted Right of Way in any section or unforeseen issues, the alternative design criteria for such section shall be provided for review/approval of the Authority Engineer. 10.2.2 The Contractor shall appoint a proof checking consultant at its cost (the “Proof Consultant”) after proposing to the Authority a panel of 3 (three) names of qualified, reputed and experienced firms and Authority will select one Proof Consultant from the above panel, provided, however, that if none of the name proposed in the panel isacceptable to the Authority and the reasons for the same are furnished to the Contractor, the Contactor shall propose to the Authority a revised panel of 3 (three) more names for obtaining the consent of the Authority. The Contractor shall also obtain the consent of the Authority for two key personnel of the Proof Consultant who shall have adequate experience and qualifications with respect to the main components of the Railway Project. The Authority shall, within 30 (thirty) days of receiving a panel from the Contractor, either convey its decision with reasons, to the Contractor, and if no such decision is conveyed within the said period, the Contractor may proceed with engaging of the Proof Consultant of its own choice. For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties agree that no firm or person having any conflict of interest shall be engaged for this purpose. The Parties further agree that any assignments completed at least three years prior to the appointment hereunder shall not be reckoned for the purposes of conflict of interest. 10.2.3 The Proof Consultant shall: (a) evolve a systems approach with the Design Director so as to minimise the time required for approval of final designs and construction drawings; and (b) examine the designs expeditiously and wherever necessary raise observations/ seek clarifications, etc as deemed appropriate and refer back the drawings within 15 days for rectifications/clarifications, and finally proof check & endorse/counter- sign the detailed calculations, drawings & designs, which have been approved by the Design Director. 10.2.4 In respect of route control chart, the following shall apply: i) The Contractor shall prepare and submit to the Authority Engineer all route control charts conforming to the ESP/SIPs, within a pe...

Such package shall include separate drawings for signs in accordance with Landlord's sign criteria. The design drawings shall set forth the requirements of Tenant with respect to the installation of the Improvements within the Leased Premises, in the Building or on the Property, and such drawings shall include, without limiting their scope, a Tenant approved space plan, architectural design of the space, including office front, plans, elevations, sections, and renderings indicating materials, color selections and finishes. (i) After receipt of design drawings, Landlord shall return to Tenant one set of Prints of design drawings with Landlord's suggested modifications and/or approval. If, upon receipt of approved design drawings bearing Landlord's comments, Tenant wishes to take exception thereto, Tenant may do so in writing, by certified mail addressed to Landlord, within five (5) Working Days from the date of receipt of Landlord's comments on the design drawings. Unless such action is taken, Tenant will be deemed to have accepted and approved all of Landlord's comments on the design drawings. (ii) If design drawings are returned to Tenant with comments, but not bearing approval of Landlord, the design drawings shall be immediately revised by Tenant and resubmitted to Landlord for approval within ten (10) Working Days of their receipt by Tenant.

Design Drawings. Lessee shall supply Lessor with four (4) copies signed by Lessee of its design development drawings for the Premises. The design development drawings which shall be 50% complete (the “Design Drawings”) shall include, to the extent then currently available, all major elements of design for the Premises including a layout and designation of all offices, rooms and other partitioning, their intended use, equipment specifications and location, mechanical, electrical and plumbing design, general finishes, access and egress, structural modifications (if any), including supporting structural calculations, fire alarm and fire protection, any modifications to the building exterior, roof screen design (based on project standard) and layout, including line of site study for any equipment that extends above roof screen, equipment yard layout including equipment specifications and location. Lessor may request clarification or more specific drawings for special use items not included in the Design Drawings. Lessor shall advise Lessee within ten (10) business days after Lessor’s receipt of the Design Drawings for the Premises if the same is reasonably unsatisfactory or incomplete in any respect. If Lessee is so advised, Lessee shall cause the Design Drawings to be revised to correct any deficiencies or other matters Lessor may reasonably require and submit the revised Design Drawings to Lessor for its approval no later than five (5) business days after Lessor delivers its advice. If Lessor makes any objections to the Design Drawings, and provided such objections are reasonable, Lessee shall revise the Design Drawings and cause such objections to be remedied in the revised Design Drawings. Within five (5) business days after Lessor receives the revised Design Drawings, Lessor shall approve or reasonably disapprove such revised Design Drawings. This procedure shall be repeated until the Design Drawings is finally approved by Lessor and written approval has been delivered to and received by Lessee. Lessor’s failure to advise timely shall be deemed approval.
Design Drawings. The Supplier shall provide final design drawings indicating the following but not limited to: design dead and live loads, all dimensions, lay length, concrete and reinforcing steel material criteria, rigging diagram for lifting the units, minimum concrete compressive strength required for lifting, total unit mass, backfill material criteria and placement extent, all steel reinforcement size and spacing, local reinforcement details, lift insert type and associated local reinforcement detail, and any other pertinent information related to the design, fabrication, handling, and eventual field installation of the units. All final design drawings shall bear a P Eng stamp signed and dated by a professional engineer registered with Engineers PEI. Note that the following, as well all other pertinent design related information, as a minimum, shall be noted on the design drawings:
