Installation Schedule. (a) Seller shall provide Notice to Purchaser at least fifteen (15) Days prior to commencement of installation of the System. Seller shall coordinate, arrange, and schedule all installation activities with Purchaser’s Representative to minimize interference with operations and activities at the Project Site.
Installation Schedule. Company shall be responsible to install the Equipment only when Buyer has properly prepared the site at Buyer’s sole expense. Buyer shall be responsible for having the site fully ready to receive the Equipment on the estimated delivery date. EXHIBIT C Specifications See Attached Equipment Specifications EXHIBIT D Training If applicable and necessary, training on the use and operation of the Equipment and related disposables will be provided at a mutually agreeable time at the request of Buyer. Training will be conducted at Buyer’s location, and the training, as well as any written materials distributed by Company, shall be provided to Buyer at no additional cost.
Installation Schedule. Constraints to the Contractor’s obligation to install the System are, (i) obtain a building permit issued from the local authorities, and (ii) obtaining utility approval to interconnect the System. (iii)
Installation Schedule. Baxter and OmniCell agree that they will work together over the next 30 days to develop a schedule, prioritized by Baxter, for installation of remaining uninstalled Sure-Med units relating to outstanding Baxter receivables.
Installation Schedule. Generator shall give Customer at least fifteen (15) Business Days’ notice prior to the commencement of installation, together with a proposed schedule for the Installation Period for Customer’s review and approval. Generator shall coordinate installation activities with Customer to minimize interference with normal operations at the Site. Generator shall complete installation and place the System into service within the time provided in the Project Schedule.
Installation Schedule. In the event Seller is to install the Equipment as set forth in the Purchase Order and upon completion of site preparation and delivery of the Equipment, installation will be performed by Seller according to the schedule set forth in the Purchase Order. Failure to meet the installation date, through no fault of Buyer, will result in a deduction of one percent (1%) of the purchase price for each period of five (5) business days until completion and acceptance. In the event that blueprints are required as a part of the installation, two final copies of the system blueprints will be provided. Any change or modification to the original plans will be highlighted and signed by parties authorized to approve changes to the plans.
Installation Schedule. Midco shall provide Customer with an estimated availability date for each Service and Service Order. Midco shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Service on or before the estimated availability date; provided, however, that Midco’s failure to provide the Service by said date shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement. Requests to expedite the installation schedule and availability date will be reviewed and accepted at Midco’s discretion and may be subject to additional fees. Expedite requests will also be subject to any and all fees billed to Midco by other vendors in the support of the expedite request. Midco shall use commercially reasonable efforts to fulfill the expedite request, but does not warrant or represent that Service expedites requests will actually expedite delivery of Service. Customer shall be subject to any and all expedite fees regardless of the outcome of the expedite request.
Installation Schedule. Schedule for installation of equipment will be set by Seller Project Manager in consultation with Purchaser. Every effort will be made to accommodate specific dates requested by Purchaser. Agreed upon installation date will be considered firm 14 days prior to that date (“Firm Date”). Purchaser’s system will be unavailable during cutover and testing. Cutover and testing will be completed in a single phase, unless otherwise noted in the Sales Agreement. If a multi-phase implementation is requested by the Purchaser, after the Sales Agreement is approved, additional charges will apply for each resource involved in the cutover. The Project Manager will submit a change order with additional charges to the Purchaser when applicable. All invoicing and payment will be set forth in the Sales Agreement and/or change order.
Installation Schedule. The System and its components will be --------------------- delivered and installed on the specific vessels of CCL pursuant to the Installation Schedule and as further described in Section 4 below. The Installation Schedule is subject to modification based upon Custom Programming which may be requested by CCL pursuant to the change request process described in Section 3.2 below and further subject to CCL's obligation to ensure that CCL's environment complies with the requirements set in Schedule 1.6. ------------
Installation Schedule. Work specified in the Statement of Work is intended to be completed by xx/xx/xx. This assumes the building that is being constructed to hold the panels is ready for installation. The schedule and timeline of work is subject to change without prior notice by NLE and may be influencedby factors out of the control of NLE such as: availability of equipment, funding, weather conditions, strikes, unfavorable site conditions, sub-contractor progress, permit and utility approvals. NLE will endeavor to make the customer aware of any such factors and the resultant schedule changes. NLE is able to adjust the proposed work schedule to accommodate any homeowner restrictions.
