Collocation Interconnection may be accomplished through the Collocation arrangements offered by CenturyLink. The terms and conditions under which Collocation will be available are described in Article IX of this Agreement.
Parking Rates A. For the term of this agreement, the parties agree that the State may increase parking rates in existing owned or leased lots, in urban congested areas, no more than $20 per month above the current rate, charged to employees in specific locations where they park. Congested urban areas are areas such as Sacramento, San Francisco Bay, Fresno, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, and San Diego areas. Every effort shall be made to provide employees sixty (60) days but no less than thirty (30) days notice of a parking rate increase. The State shall not increase rates for existing parking lots where employees do not currently pay parking fees. Rates at new lots administered or leased by the State will be set at a level comparable to rates charged for similar lots in the area of the new lot, e.g., rates for open lots shall be compared to rates for open lots, rates for covered parking shall be compared to rates for covered parking.
Compensation Rates Each of the compensation rates to be paid by Buyer to Seller for Product delivered under this Agreement as set forth below shall be populated with the values as selected by Buyer in accordance with Appendix XIV. The Compensation Rates are as follows:
Contribution Rates The Employer's contribution rate to the pension fund shall be 8% of each employee's gross monthly earnings. The Employer shall also deduct from each eligible employee's gross monthly earnings 6% and remit that amount together with the Employer's required contribution on behalf of each employee to the pension fund.
Verizon OSS Facilities Any gateways, interfaces, databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, used by Verizon to provide Verizon OSS Services to CBB.
Overhead Rates The Engineer shall use the provisional overhead rate indicated in Attachment E. If a periodic escalation of the provisional overhead rate is specified in Attachment E, the effective date of the revised provisional overhead rate must be included. For lump sum contracts, the overhead rate remains unchanged for the entire contract period.
Hiring Rates The hiring rates of pay for new employees shall be at the minimum of the appropriate range as outlined in Appendix "A", except where there is agreement between the Employer and the Union to hire above the minimum.
Billing Rates The Contractor shall be reimbursed for the services performed by its employees under the terms of this Agreement at the lesser of employee’s billing rate set forth in the Budget or the employee’s billing rate applicable at the time the Work is performed. Such billing rates shall be inclusive of actual Cash-based Expenses in the form of wages paid the employee, fringe benefits, overhead, general and administrative (G&A), and other indirect costs. Contractor hereby warrants and guarantees that the billing rates charged herein are Contractor’s customary billing rates for performance of work of the type described in the Statement of Work attached hereto.
Alternate Traffic Routing If CLEC has a LIS arrangement which provides two (2) paths to a CenturyLink End Office Switch (one (1) route via a Tandem Switch and one (1) direct route), CLEC may elect to utilize alternate traffic routing. CLEC traffic will be offered first to the direct trunk group (also referred to as the "primary high" route) and then overflow to the Tandem Switch group (also referred to as the "alternate final" route) for completion to CenturyLink End Office Switches.
Alternate Work Sites Employees may be assigned or authorized to report to work at an alternative work site(s) and be paid for the time worked.
