Colour The CPA Xxxx primary colour palette is CMYK four-colour process, as follows: CPA blue, CPA light blue, CPA green, CPA light green. CPA Blue is PMS 293; C100 M52 Y0 K0; R0 G111 B186; HEX#006FBA; CPA Light Blue is PMS 633; C100 M0 Y10 K25; R0 G115 B151, HEX#007397; CPA Green is PMS 347; C100 M0 Y86 K3; R0 G154 B73; HEX#009A49; CPA Light Green is PMS 361; C69 M0 Y100 K0; R67 G176 B42; HEX#43B02A. It is recommended that in most applications the CPA Xxxx appear in full colour. When full colour is not available, the CPA Xxxx xxx appear in greyscale, in accordance with the guidelines in (d) below). For purposes of maintaining a consistent corporate image the CPA Xxxx must never appear in any other colours.
Road Surfaces (1) Grade, shape, crown, and/or outslope surface and shoulders.
Toileting the ability to use the lavatory or otherwise manage bowel and bladder functions so as to maintain a satisfactory level of personal hygiene;
Toilets Papers, dust, cobwebs, peels, cans/bottles, cigarette butts, excrement on floor, bad smells, water pools, leaking sewage, rodents, animals (dead or alive), overflowing sanitary bins. 0 = NOT APPLICABLE 1 = UNACCEPTABLE (Toilets out of order. Toilets not cleaned on daily basis.) 2 = POOR (Toilets cleaned, but still visible signs of dirt, e.g. dust, cobwebs.) 3 = GOOD (Obvious sign that toilets are cleaned daily.) 4 = EXCELLENT (Extra effort is put in to ensure cleanliness, e.g. using detergents.)
Cutting and Patching The Contractor shall be responsible for cutting, fitting or patching required to complete the Work or to make its parts fit together properly.
ROAD DIMENSIONS Purchaser shall perform road work in accordance with the dimensions shown on the TYPICAL SECTION SHEET and the specifications within this road plan.
Platby In consideration for the services rendered by the Institute, in the Study, the Sponsor agrees to pay to the Institute according to the Budget, attached as Exhibit B hereto (the “Fee”). The Fee shall be payable for each eligible Subject properly enrolled according to the Protocol upon proper completion and delivery to the Sponsor of the Case Report Forms (the “CRF”) for each Subject. The Fees, plus VAT calculated in the legal amount, shall be the full remuneration and payment by Sponsor for all costs incurred in the course of the clinical Study. Any and all taxes or other registration charges shall be borne by the Institute. The Sponsor will not pay Fees, reimburse any expense, charge, cost, nor bear any liability to the Institute, nor to any other person or entity, in respect of any Subject in excess of the maximum number of Subjects specified in the previous sentence. Cutting, Patching, and Fitting The Contractor shall do all cutting, patching, and fitting of the Work that may be required to make its several parts come together properly and fit.
Interior (a) Ceilings, sidewalls and bulkhead panels shall be clean and free of cracks and stains;
Wash all machine-washable bedding, drapes, and clothing, on the hottest water temperature and dry on the highest heat setting. Items that cannot be washed must be taken to a dry cleaner who MUST be informed of the issue. You must safely discard ALL items that cannot be decontaminated.
