VARNISHING. Before any varnishing is done, see to it that holes and other defects of the wood have been filled with natural paste wood filler. Surfaces shall be sandpapered to a smooth and even finish. Apply oil wood stain with soft cloth and allow it to dry thoroughly, after which apply one (1) coat of shellac. Allow shellac to dry thoroughly and sandpaper to smooth and even surface, then apply two (2) coats spar varnish. Apply natural paste filler for first coat and sanding sealer for second coat. After sanding the second coat lightly, apply flat lacquer.

VARNISHING. Surface shall be prepared as described above. After preparation of surface, two coats of clean boiled linseed oil shall be applied at sufficient interval of time. After the linseed oil has dried, two coats of varnish obtained from approved manufacturer shall be applied at sufficient interval of time. If the surface fails to produce the required gloss, and additional coat shall be applied without any extra cost.

  • Fabrication Making up data or results and recording or reporting them.

  • Furniture Misuse of University property, including possession of common area furniture in on-campus housing is prohibited and may result in a replacement charge and/or return of the property.

  • Fences Except for establishment cost incurred by the United States and replacement cost not due to the Landowner’s negligence or malfeasance, all other costs involved in maintenance of fences and similar facilities to exclude livestock are the responsibility of the Landowner. The installation or use of fences which have the effect of preventing wildlife access and use of the Easement Area are prohibited on the Easement Area, easement boundary, or on the Landowner’s land that is immediately adjacent to, and functionally related to, the Easement Area.

  • Fixtures and Fittings 8.13.1 Not to remove any of the Fixtures and Fittings from the Premises to store the same in the loft, basement or garage (if any) without obtaining the Landlord’s prior written consent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, and then to ensure that any such items are stored safely and upon vacating the Premises, to leave the same in the places in which they were on the Commencement Date. 8.13.2 Not to remove the Fixtures and Fittings as specified in the Inventory and Schedule of Condition or any part of them or any substitute Fixtures and Fittings from the Premises and not to bring onto the Premises the Tenant’s own equipment or effects without the prior written consent of the Landlord, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.
